We are looking for a Project Support Specialist to join our team!

Responsibilities:

• Handle and move technology and related equipment
• Follow provided instructions and maintain quality standards
• Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
• Keep open communication with peers and supervisor
• Update asset management system with student device records based on interactions
• Tracking work digitally through collaborative tools
• Working as a partner with our clients and customers to achieve our project goals

• Ability to work independently
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Positive and professional demeanor
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Significant ingenuity and flexibility are expected

Requirements: Reliable Transportation, Ability to adhere to a schedule

Additional information: Dress code is business causal. Wear clean and comfortable clothes and shoes. Nothing with inappropriate depictions or excessive wear. 

      (An example of business causal would be a polo (or other collared shirt), with khakis (or dress pants), a belt, and clean comfortable shoes.)

Start Date: 7/21/2025.

End Date: 8/8/2025 (possible extension to 9/5/2025 for Device Distribution project)

Dress Code - General Guidelines:

Shirts: Collared shirts (dress shirts, polo shirts), sweaters

Tops: Blouses, sweaters, professional tops

Bottoms: Skirts, dresses (knee-length or longer)

Pants: Dress slacks, chinos/khakis

Shoes: Dress shoes, loafers, oxfords, Flats, loafers, low-to-mid heels— clean and professional

Optional: Blazers, cardigans, or sport coats — not required, but acceptable

Avoid: T-shirts, athletic wear, distressed jeans, sandals, Low-cut tops, short skirts, leggings as pants, flip-flops
